Teaching the necessary skills in life to succeed on and off the field!
• Administrate the program in an organized, efficient manner that takes into account all age group participants and parents.
• Provide a coaching staff that adheres to the following:
o Helps to improve abilities of the players. Teach the athlete to respect the game of baseball and what it represents.
o Conduct themselves in a manner that is respected by players, parents, and opposing programs
o An understanding that select baseball is very competitive, but a lot of FUN!
• Conduct a year-round program that provides the high standards of the program to all age levels.
• 8U-16U standards:
o Work on developing the player
o Work on understanding the "Team" aspect of baseball
o Play against competition levels that raise the level of your game
o Build positive relationships with staff, teammates, and parents
o Develop the character of young men and teach the importance of discipline, work ethic, attitude, and respect both on and off the field.
• 18U & 17U standards:
o Provide an opportunity in which players can gain exposure to collegiate and professional scouts and promote our players' abilities to play at those levels. This is accomplished 2 ways:
o Attend events that attract the best players on a state and national level
o Work in conjunction with players and parents throughout the recruiting process
o Play against competition levels that raise the level of your game
o Build positive relationships withstaff, teammates, and parents
o Provide the best opportunity for young men to play baseball beyond their high school career by exposing them to as many college coaches and pro scouts as possible.
